Air Knife

The accumulated soot in your DPF is cut with our blasting process. The soot is then collected in a proprietary and safe process, then disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Your DPF is put through our ultrasonic cleaning equipment, using high frequency sound waves at millions of impulses per second to break down the built-up soot and ash.

Solution Flush

This process helps to break down the ash that gets caught in the DPF. This specially formulated solution flushes particles away and keeps them from adhering back to the cell walls.

Advanced Regeneration

Our kiln bakes your DPF in a high temperature oven, commonly known as the “blast and bake” method. This removes the moisture from the filter, preventing clogging and air flow restriction.
