When most shops say they offer DPF cleaning, they’re usually referring to the blast and bake method. 

It’s the industry standard. It’s fast. But it’s incomplete. 

In many cases, traditional blast and bake cleaning only restores a DPF to about 60% cleanliness. That means the filter may look clean on the outside — but internally, soot and ash remain trapped deep inside the substrate. The result?
